Ghana's "Azonto" Crooner, Fuse ODG Beats Nigerian Quartet of Tiwa Savage, Seun Kuti, Wizkid & Ice Prince To MOBO Awards 2013

The Nigerian quartet of Seun Kuti, Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and Ice Prince failed to pick up an award at the MOBO Awards held in Scotland. The four Nigerian music artistes were nominated alongside Ghanaian Fuse ODG and five others in the Best African Act category. Fuse ODG became popular with his smash hit single, 'Azonto'. Its dance step later became the preferred until Iyanya came up with the 'Etighi' dance step, common with the Akwa Ibom people of Nigeria. The MOBO awards held yesterday at the Hydrow, Glasgow, Scotland.
