Former Mr Universe Manohar Aich celebrated his 100th birthday in India today and said the key to long life is not taking things too seriously. Despite battling poverty, a stint in prison and a minor stroke the happy-go-lucky muscle man is still fighting fit.
Still looking young and strong at 100 years,this must be a result of eating right and exercising
