Bomb Explosion In Taraba State

Militants have bombed the state government ministry of Finance in Jalingo. The improvised explosive device went off close to the convoy of the state police commissioner around 8:25 AM as he made it to work.

Two of the assailants died in the explosion while a third was shot dead by the police according to the police PRO. A police outrider was slightly injured, and he is currently hospitalized in Jalingo.
