Since returning to Argentina, Barcelona star Lionel Messi has been faced with questions over whether his girlfriend Antonella Roccuzzo is pregnant - and he appeared to respond when he celebrated a goal by putting the ball up his shirt and signalling to the crowd against Ecuador.
Messi put the ball under his shirt, apparently mimicking a pregnant belly, he then gestured to the crowd - where it is thought Roccuzzo was in attendance.
