The House of Adjeiwaah is an up and coming fashion House founded in 2010 by the creative UK based Ghanaian designer Abena Adjei. Despite being a newly established fashion house, it is rapidly becoming a regular at top london shows. What makes her work stand out is her ingenious use of traditional African print material in a way often described as a fusion of excitement, bursting with fresh colours and flirty, edgy shapes.
The House of Adjeiwaah designs are a Concoction of various attitudes ranging from soft sophisticated elegance to rugged edgy punk. Abena developed a keen interest in design at the age of ten, inspired by the beautiful African prints sold by her mother.
