A heartbroken mother has relived the horrific moment she dragged her 21 month old son out of the family washing machine before he later died in her arms.
Ollie Hebb was helping his mother on laundry day, climbing atop a bin so he could toss clothes into a top-loading washer.
Mrs Hebb sat down to read a magazine, but then noticed Ollie was missing. She walked around through her house calling his name and couldn’t find him anywhere.'And then she put her hands in the washer and felt his little body. The worst day of her life.'
Mrs Hebb's never thought the washing machine would be a danger to her child and is telling her story to make parents aware of the danger.
Her story teaches parents to be very cautious with their kids, because if anything goes wrong, we might live a life of regret which we do not want. Olie died on the 24th of march, 2012. May his soul rest in peace.
