Mother Feeding her child with Alcoholic Drink

This is picture of a mother giving her little son alcoholic drink, is this right? Is this the best way to make the child love you(the parent) or feel loved?  Like the common saying goes train up a child in the way he should go so when he is old he will not depart from it. A child been trained with alcohol, what would his end be? Let's us(parents) learn to the do the right thing so we don't regret our actions in the future.
