Luqman Mukthar Shagari(In white and friends)
Luqman Mukthar Shagari, 28, son of the Deputy Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Mukthar Shagari is dead. He died yesterday afternoon in a fatal car accident. He was on his way to Sokoto when the accident occured. Luqman and his friend Ghaddaffi in the passenger sit died on the spot, while the one behind survived.
Luqman is survived by a wife and a young son. May his soul rest inpeace...amen!
