The trial of Akolade Arowolo, who is accused of killing his banker-wife, Titilayo Arowolo, on June 24, 2011, was stopped mid-way on Tuesday when the defendant fell sick in court.
When the matter came up on Thursday at an Ikeja High Court, Akolade, who supported himself with a walking stick, was still clutching his stomach when he appeared in court.
His lawyer pleaded with the court to adjourn the case due to his illness.
