Mike Tyson's announcement that he is returning to the ring has gone viral on the Internet.
The former undisputed world heavyweight champion was captured in the first of three video shorts last week, staring into the camera to announce: "I'm getting back into the ring."
Now, it has been revealed that the former boxing champ will indeed be seen fighting again - in video game WWE13!
The clever marketing campaign was the brainchild of wrestling guru Paul Heyman, who does the voiceover for the videos.
He also comes up with the immortal line to Tyson: "I don't care if you are a vegan, you're gonna eat this guy alive!"
The commercial was shot in a top secret location in Las Vegas, Nevada with Iron Mike's hands strapped and ready for action, capturing the viewers' attention.
Tyson practises a few punch combinations and declares "This time, no more Mr Nice Guy" in the three-part viral which took the internet by storm.
Heyman's partner in his viral marketing agency, a famed NY ad executive named Mitchell K Stuart, directed Iron Mike.
"We knew how much fanfare these spots would get, but Iron Mike's name is still a big trending topic on a global basis," the Sun quoted Stuart as saying.
The WWE13 video game, which will feature both the stars of today and of the Attitude Era, will be released in the UK on November 2. (ANI)
