DG of the privatisation agency, Mr. Benjamin Dikki, said this at a retreat for non-management staff of the organisation. Dikki frowned on the unregulated posting of what he called offensive materials on the various social networking sites.Dikki said this plan was in line with BPE’s reform mandate to initiate necessary policies and the legal framework for the regulation of the social media in the country.
