The Formula One ace stared at the ground during most of the encounter in a car park.He even kept his hands in his pockets when US X Factor judge and former Pussycat Doll Nicole gave him a hug.The couple — who split in October after four years — then shared an awkward silence.Finally Nicole, 33, looked on as he slowly walked away outside the shopping mall in Los Angeles.It was a far cry from two weeks ago when a thrilled Lewis, 26, won the season's penultimate F1 race in Abu Dhabi.

Looks like Lewis is still bitter about their break up.
