One of Gianni Molaro models took to the catwalk with her arms strangely folder over her chest as if she was wearing a straight-jacket. When her hands were lowered to her sides, though, they exposed a single, huge breast which had been sewn to the bodice of her top.
The look was completed with a wide-hipped, floor-length, fishtail skir cross sewn over the crotch, and a stripy, transparent headpiece over the model's face
