Adrienne Greenway, 25, from Dover, passed away earlier this month from pneumonia, with her funeral taking place earlier this week. Adrienne suffered from what doctors thought was a premature ageing disease. Sufferers rarely outlive their teens. Adrienne planned her own funeral, which was held as a celebration of her life.
