Lungisani Msungubana, a 25 year old surfer was killed some days ago by a shark after being repeatedly bitten as he rode the waves off Second Beach in Port St. Johns.
Lungisani had wrestled with the shark for more than five minutes as the water turned red around him. The surfer, who was in water which was a metre and a half deep. He was bitten on both of his arms and stomach and he died on the way to the hospital.
